Depending on the credit or debit card they use, your tenants pay a 2.95% service fee on average. When paying from their bank account using ACH (eCheck), they only pay $1.99. Before your tenants make any payments, they will see the service fee so it's transparent for everyone.

Renters Insurance (powered by Sure) - Your tenants will have the option of uploading proof of renter’s insurance (if you require it).

Can I migrate my data to DoorLoop?
